Divilly Brothers has recently announced the launch of a new No Added Nitrite Ham range, the first of its kind in Ireland to carry the Bord Bia Quality Mark.
This milestone range — consisting of three delicious ham products — will be available in Dunnes Stores nationwide now.
It has been developed in response to growing consumer demand for healthier, more natural food choices without compromising on flavour or quality.
Sustainability innovation
In addition to being free from added nitrites, the new ham range also showcases a major sustainability innovation: each pack features a fully recyclable, paper-based tray that achieves a 93% reduction in plastic when compared with standard plastic packaging alternatives.
“We’re thrilled to bring this pioneering product to Irish shelves,” said Shane Divilly, commercial director of Divilly Brothers.
“It reflects years of research and innovation, combining our commitment to producing great-tasting Irish meats with our responsibility to the health of our customers and the planet.”
This launch underscores Divilly Brothers’ reputation as a forward-thinking, family-owned Irish business committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
“With the trusted Bord Bia Quality Mark, shoppers can be assured that the new products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and origin.
